**SAN FRANCISCO — Sept. 22, 2026** — Baucore today launched [Baucore for Agencies](/agencies), bringing field activity, inbox intake, quoting, orders, service and commissions onto one project record for commercial rep agencies. The launch is anchored by [Baucore Inbox](/agents/baucore-inbox), which turns incoming email into organized, validated work, alongside [Project Watch Agent](/agents/project-agent), which keeps a project's public and CRM signals current, and [Quote Agent](/agents/quote-agent), which speeds up editing a quote that is already in flight.

Rep agencies run on projects, relationships and email. Baucore for Agencies carries a project across one sequence — spec, inquiry, quote, order, submittal, shipment, commission — on a single project record, so the context behind a job stops being rebuilt every time the work changes hands.

> "A rep agency sits in the middle of a network of architects, engineers, contractors, distributors and manufacturers, and that context has always lived in email, spreadsheets and whatever the last person to touch the job happens to remember," said Donny Santoso, Founder & CEO of Baucore. "We built Baucore for Agencies around the project itself, not around a single quote or a single deal, so an agency stops rebuilding that context every time the work changes hands."

## Turning email into work

At the center of the launch is [Baucore Inbox](/agents/baucore-inbox). Most of an agency's day arrives as email. Baucore Inbox reads the message, its attachments and the files shared by link inside it, then proposes what it found: the project the request belongs to, the participants involved and the scope it extracted, with the page and the screenshot behind every line. It matches the request against the projects, accounts and contacts an agency already has, or creates them; keeps a reply on the project and the quote it belongs to instead of forking a duplicate; reads the intent of each message and hands it to the workflow the team mapped to it; and stages a quote where every line cites the file and the page it came from.

AI prepares. Humans validate. Baucore moves the work forward. Nothing runs until a person starts it — the intents are the agency's to define and the flows are the agency's to build, both in Salesforce, without waiting on a release from Baucore.

## Project Watch Agent keeps the record current

A rep agency can't watch every project it touches at once. [Project Watch Agent](/agents/project-agent) scans permit databases, news feeds, company registries and industry announcements for signals tied to an agency's active projects, matches what it finds back to the CRM record, and notifies the team — a permit approval, an ownership change, a new architect or contractor on the job. Field updates and newly discovered participants apply automatically or with one confirmation, so the record reflects what's actually happening on a project instead of what was true the last time someone opened it.

## Quote Agent for edits already in flight

[Quote Agent](/agents/quote-agent) handles AI-assisted line-item edits on a quote that's already in flight, with every change surfaced for review before it's applied. Nothing is changed without a person confirming it.

## One project record, spec to commission

Spec, inquiry, quote, order, submittal, shipment, commission — [Baucore for Agencies](/agencies) is built around that single sequence instead of a string of disconnected records. The full shape Baucore for Agencies is being built toward connects field activity and specification intelligence, inbox intake and inquiries, the participants on a project, quotes and documents, submittals, orders and shipments, the service requests that come afterward, and the commercial result at the end. Different roles get the working view they need while sharing the same project identity and history, from the first spec conversation to the commission that closes it out.

## Built on Salesforce

Baucore is built natively on Salesforce. It can extend the environment an agency already runs, or stand up as a complete Baucore environment on the same platform foundation, so an agency is not asked to move its business onto something unfamiliar to get started. Baucore brings more than fifteen years of project-based selling and Salesforce experience to the rep agency market.

> "Most of an agency's day starts as an email nobody wants to re-type into a system," said Michael Arnold, VP Sales North America at Baucore. "Baucore Inbox reads the message and proposes the project, the participants and the scope behind it, so the team validates the work instead of rebuilding it from scratch."

## Availability

Baucore for Agencies and Baucore Inbox are available starting October 1, 2026. Baucore is hosting a free three-part live series on how a modern agency runs — October 8, October 22 and November 5, 2026 — covering what happens when work arrives in the inbox, what was already decided before the request came in, and what changes when one project carries the whole lifecycle. Registration is open now at [www.baucore.app/events](/events).
