The Problem
Rep agencies typically represent multiple manufacturers, each with its own products, pricing and formats. Keeping a single, current product database across all of them is close to impossible: prices and specs change too often, and agencies lack the bandwidth to maintain that much data by hand.
The Solution
Baucore removes the need for a dedicated product database. A memory feature recommends line items (description, price and other details) based on the rep agency's own history of previous quotes and orders. When a manufacturer sends a quote or schedule in any format, you copy and paste it directly into Baucore to auto-populate the quote.
