Convert Project Lead to an Opportunity
Using Baucore also means using Project Lead to qualify projects before they’re converted to an Opportunity.
As soon as the Opportunity Management process for Baucore is activated, the Project Lead conversion process automatically shows an extra step at the end, letting you select one of the Participants as the main Account of the Opportunity.
What happens after conversion
After the conversion of a Project Lead to an Opportunity is done, the flow jumps to the newly created Opportunity record.
If an error occurs, the error message is shown in the flow screen, and also as a custom notification (the alert icon in the top right corner of the screen).
After the conversion completes, the field Opportunity__c on the Project Lead is filled with the ID of the created Opportunity. This field isn’t on the Project Lead page layout by default, but an admin can add it.
