Note: Customizations done already to the Project Decision Component directly in the Lightning Record Page have to be replicated on Baucore Setup page -> Project Decision

Features:

Dynamic Project Decision: Possibility to add a new Project Decision List View for a Custom Role. The customization is done on the Setup Page -> Project Decision. More info in: https://kb.baucore.app/s/article/Customizing-Project-Decision BOQ and Inquiry: Creation flows delivered as templates. Project new Template: when creating a participant on the project creation, if the account already exists and has a role defined, the role is automatically selected for the participant. Participant and Inquiry creation: if the account field is empty, all the contacts are selectable. If the account is filled, only the contacts from the account will be selectable. If starting from the contact, all the accounts will be selectable, but while saving, if the contact doesn’t belong to the account, an error will be displayed. Potential: When competitor is entered in a potential, the account will be created as competitor participant.

Bugs:

Project Lead Conversion: Updates in the project name while converting will be applied to the project; If no Participants are selected to be transferred for the project, the project will not have any participants.
