**Features: **

Revamp Main Project logic

  • Syncing of participants with relevant roles from the Main Project to Projects/Project Leads can be:
    • Automatic, if enabled in Baucore Setup → Participant Management → Participant Management → Enable toggle.
    • Simplified using a hint in the Participant Management Component.
  • Participants with relevant roles created in a Project/Project Lead are automatically created for the corresponding Main Project.
  • Geocoding is now available for Main Projects.

**New Component BC Project Activities **

  • Can be used on Main Project and Project Lightning Record pages.
  • Component to display activities associated with projects, participants, and related records.
  • New Baucore Setup Section Activity Settings to select child objects of Project / Main Project to be included.
  • The Chatter Tab collects posts and comments related to activities by identifying the associated relevant records.

Updated BC Participant Management

  • Fields displayed while editing a Participant in the Main Project/Project/Project Lead record page can be customized (New Property for the component: FieldSet to be used on Participant Edit, which is available on the Lightning Record Page)
  • Fields Shown on editing a Participant Record in the flow New Project Template (Main Project/Project/Project Lead) can be customized using a fieldset. Go to Baucore Setup -> Project Creation -> Participant Management on Creation Process.
  • The component can be used on Account/Contact/Lead Lightning Record Page as well to show all related Main Project/Project/Project Lead records:
    • The component will show the Role and the Project Name as default.
    • Show additional Columns using the fieldset ibsbaucore__ParticipantManagementAcc on the Participant Object.
    • Set the limit of Participant Records to be included through Baucore Setup → Participant Management → Participant Management → Component Limit.

Project Lead Conversion

  • The selection of possible duplicates is now following the standard from the New Project Template.
  • New Option in Baucore Setup section Project Lead Conversion to select the conversion target object. This can be Main Project, Project, or User Selection.

New Project Template

  • Include Main Projects in the Possible Duplicates.
  • Create a New Main Project is now using the same Flow as creating a New Project.
  • Create a new Project / Project Lead to an existing Main Project.
  • If one of the Address field is set to required in the Page Layout, it will be validated on the New Project Flow.
  • Open Project/Project Lead/Main Project records in a Workspace Tab within the Baucore Console app.

ibau App

  • Redesigned Participant Overview for a ibau Project.
  • Redesign ibau Component if used on the Account record to show additional information about the Company.
  • Import ibau Project as Main Project.
  • New features available with ibau v3 extra licensing, to display further company information from ibau, such as Company Network, Project Analytics.

**Bugfixes: **

  • Record type selection was appearing twice on project creation — resolved

  • Search results are now correctly synced with map marker visibility

  • New Project Template now highlights missing required address fields correctly

  • Fixed project lead conversion issues related to modal display, scrollbars, and card layout

  • Participant deduplication logic improved to avoid duplicates on rapid entry

  • Address selection pop-up bug fixed on New Project flow (deepClone error)

  • Improved sync logic between Main Project participants and linked projects

  • Lookup field label alignment corrected on compact layout view

  • Project lead activity transfer during conversion now working as expected

Required Steps for This Release: - The org should be on Spring Release 2025 to be able to install the package

🚨 MANDATORY ACTION: Manual Configuration for ibau App Customers ⚠️ Failure to complete this step will cause the ibau App to malfunction.

How to Apply the Required Configuration:

1- Go to:

  • Setup → Object Manager → Prov Field Mapping → Target Object

2- Add a new picklist value:

  • Label: Main Project

  • API Name: ibsbaucore__Hauptbauobjekt__c

3-Click Save.

🔴 This step cannot be automated via the package upgrade and must be done manually.
