BauCore V7.21 Release Notes

Bugfixes:

• Project Lead conversion process:  If Opportunity2Project Sync is enabled, after the conversion of project lead to opportunity, the flow jumps to the newly created opportunity record. In case of an error, a Custom Notification is generated.
• Project Lead conversion process: All kinds of error occurring within the flow are now presented directly on the flow screen.
• The naming of custom labels categories have been rearranged and unified in order to be easily found and match with the topic names from Baucore documentation
• New Project template flow: New custom labels created for the search screen form: Name, Participants, Address
• New Project template flow: Minor layout improvements on the search screen form
• New Project Email Client Plugin: The email address of the current user will now always be excluded as participant
• Now List view properly displays all records after expanding the list even if some records have been updated using the inline edit
• Fixed issue on new flow for project/project lead creation from Outlook where matched contacts weren’t added as participants
• When creating a new participant from Opportunity object > Participant related list, this participant will now also be visible on Project Decision component.

• Project Lead conversion process: New field “Error__c”, storing the last error that occurred during project lead conversion
• Sync Service process: Two new settings “Custom Notification” and “Email Notification” under “Baucore Sync Settings”: “Custom Notification” (true/false) enables generating custom notifications on synchronization errors. The body header and title of the message are customizable through Custom Labels “Email Notification” (true/false) enables sending email notifications on synchronization errors. • Sync Service process: New field “Sync_Error__c” on the Opportunity and Project records respectively, storing the last synchronization error message
• Sync Service process: New field “Opportunity__c” on Project Lead object storing the Id of the created (synchronized) Opportunity record
• IBAU interface: Custom notifications are generated for Info and Error message types. The body header and title of the message are customizable through Custom Labels
• New Project Email Client Plugin: New Custom Metadata created with new settings: “Exclude Participants By Email Domains” excludes email addresses from the opened email based on the comma-separated domain name list, “Exclude Participants By My Email Domain” excludes email addresses from the opened email based on the current user’s email domain name

• Baucore Lead Mapping => Baucore Project Lead Mapping
• Baucore Lead Mapping Std. !!READONLY!! => Baucore Project Lead Mapp. St. READONLY
