AI Project Match — Admin Guide

This guide explains how to enable and configure the AI-powered Project Match module, which intelligently links incoming data (for example, emails or new project records) to related possible projects and open projects associated with the participants.

1. Access the setup area

1. Open the Baucore Setup App in Salesforce.
2. Navigate to Baucore Agents → Baucore Project Match.

2. Activate AI matching

1. Toggle the AI Scoring for Project Matches setting to Active.
2. Ensure that Baucore API connectivity and credit allocation are active for your org.
3. Click Save.

3. Refresh caches

After enabling the setting, open Platform Cache and clear all cached entries. Then go to Baucore Settings → Clear Cache to reload the configuration.
