AI Project Match — User Guide
This guide explains how to use AI Project Match to identify existing projects, prevent duplicates, and understand the AI scoring system within Baucore.
Where it appears
The AI Project Matches accordion appears in components such as Baucore Inbox, the New Project template, and the Project Lead Conversion / BC Project Match screens. It’s displayed automatically when the Possible Projects or Open Projects sections for the participants contain data matching the provided project information (Project Name, Project Details, Project Location).
Understanding match scores
Each project suggestion displays a circular score indicator (0–100%). The more filled the circle, the higher the confidence level of the AI-based match.
Hover over the score to view the key factors that contributed to it (the Matching Reason), such as:
- Project name similarity
- Address or location match
- Project details match
Troubleshooting
If AI suggestions don’t appear, confirm with your administrator that AI Scoring for Project Matches is enabled — see the Admin Guide.
Best practices
- Always review the top-scored match before creating a new project, to prevent duplicates.
- Use the AI insights to identify existing matching Projects, Project Leads, and Main Projects early in the workflow.
