Project Status Setting Fields

A Project Status Setting has the following fields. Depending on your page layout and field-level security settings, some fields may not be visible or editable.
| Field | Description |

| Project Phase | Which project phase this configuration applies to. |
| Topic | The category of the Project Status. Shown as Category on the Project Status component. |
| Issue | The specific issue within the Project Status that the traffic-light system applies to. |
| Recommendation | The corresponding recommendation, shown on the Project Status Recommendation component. |
| Field name | The field API name to check — only fields from the ibsbaucore__Project__c object can be used. |
| Yellow condition operator | The operator used, together with Yellow condition value, to decide whether the status should show Yellow. |
| Yellow condition value | The value checked, together with Yellow condition operator, to decide whether the status should show Yellow. For more complex conditions, use a formula field instead. |
| Red condition operator | The operator used, together with Red condition value, to decide whether the status should show Red. |
| Red condition value | The value checked, together with Red condition operator, to decide whether the status should show Red. For more complex conditions, use a formula field instead. |
| Inactive | If true, this setting is ignored. Existing records aren’t retroactively updated unless the project phase changes. |
