Use the Processor Recommendation Process

Taskuser

Learn how to use Processor Recommendation to generate a higher Project closing rate.

Processor Recommendation can be started from a Project or a Project Lead.

Steps

  1. Open a Project or Project Lead record.
  2. Start the process from the Processor Recommendation button.
  3. A map appears with the Project shown as a green marker at its center. Pan the map to see candidate Processors, shown as blue markers — they’re also listed below the map, sorted by their Performance and Loyalty indicators.
  4. Select one or more Processors to recommend to the Architect.
  5. Select a Contact to send the recommendation to. The list shows Participants that already have a linked Contact — make sure the Contact has an email address. If no Participant is available yet, press Next and select any Contact from the whole database instead.
  6. After selecting a Contact, choose a Role, so the Contact and its Account are automatically added as a Participant on the Project.
  7. Select an Email Template to send the Architect the recommendation — you can manually adjust the content before sending.
  8. The next step shows the Contacts of the Accounts you’re recommending. The Contacts you select here receive an email informing them they were recommended.
  9. Select the Email Template sent to those recommended Contacts.

Records created automatically

  • Recommendation — links to the Contact who receives the recommendation and to the Project or Project Lead.
  • Recommendation Participants — the Accounts recommended to that Contact.
  • Activities — one per email sent, both to the Contact receiving the recommendation and to every Contact recommended.
  • Participants — created if a new Participant results from the process.

The Accounts offered in step 3 are filtered based on the settings in Parameters for Processor Recommendation Flow — by default, only Accounts with Role = Processor are shown.
