Forecast possible decisions using Supply Chain
Conceptuser
With the Supply Chain view, sales reps get instant insight into a possible decision process. It shows decision outcomes from previous projects across different levels of stakeholders:
- Building Owner
- Architect / Planner
- Processor
- Distributor
- Producer / Competitor
This insight can be used to predict the outcome of a current project.
Where to find it
- Account, from the Insights tab.
- Participant, from the Report tab.
- Project, from the Supply Chain tab.
- Project Lead, from the Supply Chain tab.
Reading the graph
Arrows show the interaction between stakeholders on past projects. A black arrow shows an interaction with your products; a red arrow shows an interaction with one of your competitors’ products. The number next to an arrow is the number of projects won for that participant.
For example, the graph might show that an architect and a processor used a competitor’s product in one of four shared projects — a signal worth knowing before the current decision is made.
Exploring the graph
- Clicking a participant in the diagram, or clicking a line, takes you to the list of that participant’s projects.
- Selecting a project opens the list of companies involved in it. From there, use the magnifying glass to navigate to a company and analyze its participants further.
