Traffic Light System for Project Status

The Project Status field gives sales reps an indicator of whether action is needed on a project. If Project Status shows Red, there’s an urgent action needed on that project. Yellow means an action should be done, but it isn’t urgent. Green means everything is currently on track.
The Project Status field is an aggregated view of the different indicators shown on the Project Status and Recommendation component on the Project record.
By displaying the Project Status field on the Project list view or on a dashboard, sales reps can easily recognize which projects need their attention.
