Assign baucore Permissions and Licenses

To let users access Baucore features, assign them the appropriate permission set and license.
Always use the standard Baucore permission sets rather than a copy of them. This ensures compatibility with features delivered in package upgrades. To disable a specific standard feature for some users, use a Muting Permission Set to revoke the permission instead of copying and trimming the standard permission set.
Assign a permission set
- Go to Setup → Users.
- Click a user’s name.
- Click Permission Set Assignments at the top of the page, or scroll to the Permission Set Assignments related list.
- Click Edit Assignments.
- Enable the appropriate permission sets and click Save.
| Permission set | Description |
|---|---|
| Baucore | All users need this permission set to use Baucore. |
| Baucore Admin | Additional permissions to manage Baucore settings, such as Global Filter. |
| Baucore AllFeatures | Assign this if users should automatically see every tab available in Baucore. |
Assign a license
- Go to Setup → Installed Packages.
- Click Manage Licenses next to Baucore.
- Click Add Users on the Licensed Users related list.
- Select the users who should receive the license.
