Processor Recommendation

Processor Recommendation lets a Sales Rep recommend Processor (contractor) accounts to the right contact on a Project or Project Lead, and captures that introduction as a real, trackable record — an Empfehlung__c (Recommendation) — rather than a one-off email. Dealer Recommendation is the same flow pointed at Dealer/Distributor accounts instead.

How it works

1. Launch the flow from a Project or Project Lead record. It loads map settings and shows candidate Processor accounts within a configured search radius.
2. Select participants: the recipient contact for the recommendation, and the Processor account(s) being recommended.
3. The flow creates an Empfehlung__c record and one Empfehlung_Beteiligte__c junction record per recommended Processor.
4. Any recommended Processor that isn’t already a Participant on the project is created automatically, with the role from Baucore Setup → Recommendations → Bet_Rolle.
5. An email is composed — subject and body support merge tokens for the Contact, Project, and Recommendation records — and sent to the recipient. Every sent email also creates an EmailMessage activity record on the Project, so the introduction shows up in the Project’s activity history.
