Setup Email Template for Spec Text

Baucore’s Spec Text functionality can use both Classic and Lightning email template folders — you can manage templates in either version.

• If you’re using a Lightning Email Template, set its Related Entity Type to Project (ibsbaucore__Bauobjekt__c).
• If you’re using a Classic Email Template, use fields from Project as merge variables.

Embedding the Spec Text

Put this placeholder in the email body — it’s automatically replaced with the Spec Text of the selected products:
