Features:

New Project Flow: Refined the process for initiating and overseeing projects, focusing on streamlined operations and enhanced management of participants. On Setup page - > Project Lead & Project Creation -> Show Closed Projects toggles now can be defaulted to true or false, and hidden.

Participant Management: Introducing a new Lightning Web Component (LWC) designed to manage participant management directly within the Project and Project Lead Lightning record pages. This enhancement enables seamless integration of participant oversight, offering an intuitive interface for the addition, modification, and management of project participants.

Account Role Sync: Upon activating the relevant settings within the Baucore Setup Page, a process is initiated for participant records creation or updates. This process involves an automatic verification to check whether the associated account’s ‘role’ field is populated. In instances where this field is found to be empty, the system will automatically update it to reflect the ‘role’ designated at the participant level.

Ibau - Manual Sync: Correction on manual sync that would overwrite values not defined for that.

Note:

For customers already adapting the previous New Project and Project Lead flow, based on our flow template, please be aware that those versions will stop working due to major updates on some of the components in the flow, in order to continue creating projects / project leads it’s needed to activate and use the last version “Baucore New Project” flow.
