Set up Project and Project Lead Creation

Baucore ships standard flows and processes to easily create and update a new Project or Project Lead — but there are several options for customizing this behavior.

Go to Setup > Custom Metadata Types > Baucore Project Check Settings. Several metadata records control the flow’s behavior:

• Flow Name — the Flow used for creation. The default is Baucore’s own template, labeled Baucore New Project Template (API name ibsbaucore__Project_Check). You can point this at a different flow by changing the Value field to that flow’s API name. Baucore recommends keeping the default template; if you do need a customized version, the best practice is to clone the default flow and modify its flow elements — the Apex elements inside the flow can’t be changed.
• Project Field Set — the Project Field Set API name used to display Project fields on the duplicate-search results page.
• Project Lead Field Set — the Project Lead Field Set API name used to display Project Lead fields on the duplicate-search results page.
• Search Radius — the radius used to search for Projects/Project Leads as possible duplicates.

Translating the search step labels

The field labels for Name, Participants, and Address on the “Search for an existing Project” step are controlled by Custom Labels, so they can be translated:

• project_check_search_participants
• project_check_search_address
