Participant Fields for Submission Process

A Participant (ibsbaucore__Beteiligte__c) has the following fields relevant to the Submission Process, listed in alphabetical order. Depending on your page layout and field-level security settings, some fields may not be visible or editable.
| Field | Description |

| Account | Lookup to the corresponding Account. |
| Project | Lookup to the corresponding Project. |
| Builder | Represents a builder participant. If set to true, the Participant gets the Project’s Status (Won, Lost, Won for Competitor) even if not explicitly selected in the Submission Result. |
| Competitor | Represents a competitor participant. Competitors are automatically shown in the Producer section of the Submission Result. |
| Architect | Represents an architect participant. If set to true, the Participant gets the Project’s Status even if not explicitly selected in the Submission Result. |
| Loyalty | Formula field showing the value of Loyalty Text as a traffic light. |
| Loyalty Text | Automatically calculated; shows Red, Yellow, or Green depending on the Loyalty of the Account linked to this Participant. |
| Marked as winner | If set to true, the Participant is shown as the selected winner in the Submission Result — and, set directly, is what triggers the process without user interaction. |
| My Company | Automatically set when the Account linked to this Participant also has My Company = true. |
| Performance | Formula field showing the value of Performance Text as a traffic light. |
| Performance Text | Automatically calculated; shows Red, Yellow, or Green depending on the Performance of the Account linked to this Participant. |
| Processor | Represents a processor participant. Participants marked as Processor appear in the Processor section of the Submission Result. |
| Role | Describes the Account’s role on the Project. Depending on your settings, new Participants added from the Submission Result screen get this Role by default. |
| Status | The Participant’s status: Won, Won for Competitor, or Lost. |
| Won/Lost Reason | The reason the Account won or lost the Project — shown on the Submission Result screen. |
