Baucore Setup Page
The Baucore Setup page lets you configure Baucore in one place, instead of changing individual custom metadata parameters one at a time. It’s found on its own tab inside the Baucore Admin app.
What you can configure
- Introduction to Baucore — version info and orientation.
- License and Permissions — assign and remove Baucore licenses from users.
- Initial Settings — thresholds for Account Performance and Loyalty.
- Project Lead Qualification
- Project Status & Recommendation — enable Project auto phase update and count auto phase.
- Inquiries to Quotes
- Participant Role Setting
- Project & Project Lead Creation
- Project Decision — panel configuration for the Submission Process.
- Stakeholder Management
- Processor Recommendation / Dealer Recommendation
- Opportunity Management
- IBAU Integration
- Trigger Settings — including disabling the IMP field-mapping copy.
- Troubleshooting — enable Diagnostic and Console logs.
Each section corresponds to a set of custom metadata records (App_Settings__mdt, BauCore_Settings__mdt, and the more specific *__mdt types per feature) — the Setup page is a UI over those records, not a separate configuration store, so anything you can set here can also be set directly in Custom Metadata if you ever need to migrate settings between orgs.
If something isn’t behaving as configured, the Troubleshooting section is the fastest way to confirm what Baucore actually sees: enable Diagnostic logs there and check the resulting entries before assuming a bug.
